Delete your GoatGauge account

How to delete it

1. Open GoatGauge in the app or at goatgauge.com and sign in.
2. Go to More → Privacy & data.
3. Choose Delete account and follow the steps. If you use two-step verification, you’ll be asked for a code.

Can’t sign in? Email support@goatgauge.com from the address on your account and we’ll help.

Before you delete

• Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are managed by Apple or Google. Cancel them in your store account settings first so you aren’t charged again.
• If you own an organisation, hand ownership to another admin or close the organisation first.
• Want a copy of your data? Download it from More → Privacy & data before you delete.

What’s deleted

Straight away: your profile, workouts and training history, programs you built, check-ins and measurements, progress photos, questionnaire answers, messages and the files you sent, reviews and device notification settings. Copies in our providers’ backups are removed as those backups expire, within 30 days.

What’s kept

Records we must keep by law, such as sales, refunds and payouts for tax and accounting, for as long as the law requires (usually six years), without your training or health data. Messages you sent in other people’s conversations are removed with your account.
