GoatGauge
Train, track and coach.
GoatGauge is a training app for athletes and the coaches who work with them. Follow a program, log every workout, see your progress, and, if you coach, run your clients and programs as a team.
For athletes
Follow a program
Build your own or pick one from coaches and gyms: strength, running, cycling, swimming and more. Follow it on your own, or have a coach guide you. Try a free taster first.
Log every set
Weights, reps, times and distances, with rest timers. It works offline in the gym and syncs when you’re back online.
See your progress
Personal records, training history, and optional check-ins for body weight, measurements, sleep and progress photos.
Find the right coach
Search coaches and gyms near you, in your country or online, by sport, speciality and rating. Or tell coaches what you’re looking for and let the right ones introduce themselves. They don’t see your name until you reply.
For coaches and gyms
Sell programs
Publish programs and sell them in the GoatGauge marketplace and app stores. Earnings go to your bank once each sale clears.
Coach clients
See how each client is doing, message them, set check-ins and run events, with clients’ permission for what you see.
Get found
A public profile with your sports, specialities and the area you cover, so people can find you. People looking for a coach near you can post what they want, and you can introduce yourself.
Work as a team
Owners, admins and coaches share one organisation, with each coach seeing the clients assigned to them.
Your data
Your data is stored in the EU and is never sold or used for advertising. Coaches only see your training and health data while you’re on their coached program, and only if you allow it. You can download your data or delete your account at any time.
If you sign in with Google, Apple or Microsoft, GoatGauge receives only your name, email address and an account identifier from them. It uses these only to create your account and sign you in, and never posts anything or reads anything else from your account. The privacy policy has the details.
